Support and Assistance 

Drop-In opening Times:

• Monday        10.30 – 1.00

• Tuesday        10.30 – 1.00

• Thursday       10.30 – 1.00

Free hot and cold food, drink, clothing and household goods are available at any time when the drop-in facility is open.

We are operating a drop-in service for anyone who needs assistance accessing services or understanding documents that they have been given. Typical requests have been:

• Registering for housing or a change of accommodation

• Registering for benefits

• Applying for a bus pass

• Help with the interpretation of energy bills and other financial demands

• Assistance in understanding court documents

• Advice and signposting

Other Assistance

We have a range of Clothing, Kitchen items, Bedding and other goods that can be made available free of charge for those in need.
